WHAT TRACKING OPTIONS ARE THERE?
All orders that are delivered within the United States by USPS have full tracking available. You will receive a tracking number that you can use to follow up on the status of your order.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
We ship to all countries except for Iraq, Cuba, and North Korea. 

WHERE CAN I FIND THE TRACKING INFORMATION FOR MY ORDER?
All tracking numbers will be found in the shipping notification emails that we sent out.

WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE ISN'T DELIVERED, BUT THE TRACKING STATES IT WAS DELIVERED?
In this case, although unusual, we would not take responsibility and a new order would have to be placed.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS DAMAGED IN THE MAIL?
We would not take responsibility and a new order would have to be placed.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
We suggest trying to contact the mail carrier with your tracking number to resolve the issue. In the event your order remains lost in the mail, we would not take responsibility and a new order would need to be placed.

WHAT INKS ARE YOU USING FOR PRINTING APPAREL?
Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology and our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable.

We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks which are needed when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

HOW DURABLE IS THE PRINTED ARTWORK ON THE SHIRTS?

Our experience shows us that our direct-to-garment (DTG) shirts are just as durable after repeatedly washing and drying as any other screen-printed t-shirt. Our all-over-print sublimated product designs will never fade or crack.

WHAT TECHNOLOGY IS USED TO PRINT ON T-SHIRTS?

We use both sublimation and the direct to garment (DTG) method of printing. That means we can create photo-quality prints. 

WHY DID MY TRANSACTION FAIL?
Don’t worry! It happens sometimes. Transaction can be declined for several reasons. Sometimes, you can guess why it was declined from the response code, but only your credit card issuer or financial institution can confirm the specific reason.

The usual culprits are:

  • Incorrect credit card number or expiration date
  • Insufficient funds
  • If you are outside the US, some credit card companies will reject international charges
  • The customer’s bank or credit card company was having technical issues when the order was processed
  • If you made a large number of online purchases within a short period of time, some banks will reject some of the charges as a fraud prevention measure

If your order’s rejected, and it happens several times in a row, try pressing “Retry” button again the next day. If there’s still no luck, give your financial institution a call.

HOW ARE SHIRTS PACKED?

Each shirt is individually folded and packed into their own poly bag and then package into poly mailers for shipment.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO BE PROCESSED?

It depends.  We’ll be able to create your order in 7-14 business days.  Then add the extra time for shipping, which depends on where you’re shipping to. Since our manufacturing facilities are located on both the east and west coast, we’re able to minimize the wait time as much as possible for your order.
